Loba Chemie - History

Loba Chemie traces its roots back to its establishment in 1975 in Mumbai, India. By 2001, our growth and success led us to relocate to new, state-of-the-art facilities in Boisar, Tarapur. By then, we had already solidified our position as the market leader in India and the Middle East, and were actively expanding our export operations.

In 2018, as part of our commitment to delivering unparalleled service to our customers and distributors, we inaugurated expansive new warehouse facilities spanning 18,000 m2, along with a cutting-edge Testing Laboratory covering 600 m2, both located in Tarapur.

Today, Loba Chemie stands tall among the foremost providers of analytical reagents and fine chemicals in India. Our reputation extends beyond borders, with a strong presence in Europe, Asia, Middle East, South America and Far East regions, all thanks to the unwavering support of our valued customers and our extensive distribution network.
