Prices are in Indian Rupees and subject to
alterations. Taxes extra as applicable.

- Supplies
Orders should be for a minimum of Rs.3,000/- for
Bio-chemicals & Laboratory reagents.

Payment
Supplies are made against cash, advance demand
draft or payment against documents through bank.

Consignments
Consignments are dispatched at customers own
risk. The seller shall be under no obligation to replace goods which
have been lost or damage in transit. Insurance cover to be taken by
buyer.

 Freight
All orders invoiced over Rs.3,000/-will be dispatched
by Road Transport on F.O.R / DESTINATION basis. If required by
post parcel 50% of the postage will be charged. No responsibility is taken
for breakages or loss in transit. Such claims should be sent to the
carriers immediately.

Solvents
Separate orders of a minimum value of
Rs.3,000/-and for standard packs containing the following units:
4 x
2.5 litres 12 x 1lire 12 x 500 ml 16 x 500 ml for Hydrogen Peroxide and
Mineral Acids. Mixed orders for Acids will not be accepted.

Bulk
Packing
Bulk Packing like 50 lit., 100 lit., as also items
not listed can be supplied on request.
According to Sales Tax Rules
Methanol is to be billed separately. Therefore separate orders for
methanol should be sent along with Storing License and permits wherever
applicable.
Only solvent and acid supplies are insured under open
transit policy. Claims can only be paid subject to fulfilling all the
regulations of Insurance company and receipt of claims.

Due to instability of Dollar rates in India.
Prices will be subjected to the current exchange Dollar
rates.

Majeure
Notwithstanding whatever contained herein, in the
event due to reasons beyond our control such as riots, strikes, civil
commotions, shortage of raw materials, act of God, Government
restrictions, etc., we are prevented from making supplies, we or our
authorized stockist will not be liable for any penalization for delay or
non-supply of the items.
